Modern Luxury’s Men’s Book has published a roundup of outstanding champagnes to enjoy, gift or cellar this holiday season. The Champagne Bollinger 007 Limited Edition, Vintage 2011 is one of the few bottles recommended. Of the wine, David Zivan notes that “To mark the film series’ 25th installment, Bollinger brings out a slick new bottling, a blanc de noir sourced from a single grand cru vineyard in Aÿ, France. Vinified in oak barrels and aged for seven years under cork, the rich palate offers stewed fruits and a mineral-note finish. In the glass it’s as golden as a gun.” Read more about it HERE

Champagne Bollinger James Bond Limited Release 2011
Champagne
This limited edition cuvée celebrates two important milestones. Firstly, it celebrates the historic partnership between Bollinger and Bond. Bollinger has been the exclusive Champagne partner of Bond since 1979, so 2019, this wine's release year, marks the 40th anniversary of their relationship. Secondly, it celebrates the release of No Time to Die, which is the 25th movie in the series (and Bollinger’s 15th Bond movie since the start of the partnership). The fruit for this historic cuvée is sourced exclusively from the historic Grand Cru vineyard of Aÿ.

Bollinger is one of the rare Grande Marques that’s still family owned. Known for its rich, elegant and polished style of Champagne, their outstanding wines are the result of rigorous attention to detail and incredibly labor-intensive practices that few houses are willing to undertake. Underscoring its excellence, Bollinger has remained British secret agent James Bond's Champagne of choice since 1973.
