William Fèvre Chablis 1er Cru Fourchaume 2022

Chablis 1er Cru

May 02, 2024 - Fourchaume is the most celebrated Premier Cru in Chablis, sitting on the right bank of the Serein in the exact continuation of the Grands Crus slope, separated from Grand Cru Les Preuses by a single path. Domaine William Fèvre farms this powerful, mineral terroir on marl soils with the same rigor applied across the entire domaine. Very aromatic, with fruit and floral notes, and a palate that blends power, finesse, and roundness.

Wine Advocate -January 01, 1970 “The domaine's 2022 Chablis 1er Cru Fourchaume, a parcel selection in Vaulorent, opens in the glass with notes of sweet citrus fruit, white flowers and oyster shell, followed by a…

William Fèvre Chablis Grand Cru Vaudésir – Domaine 2022

Chablis Grand Cru

May 02, 2024 - Vaudésir sits between Valmur and Les Preuses with a dual exposure that sets it apart from its neighbors: due south in the north, west-facing in the south. More clayey than calcareous on very steep terrain, it consistently produces the most elegant and charming of the seven Grands Crus. Domaine William Fèvre's 1.20-hectare south-facing plot, just 8% of the appellation, delivers a fresh, floral wine of real subtlety: airy and round, with a delightful blend of nervosity and softness.

Wine Advocate -January 01, 1970 “The 2022 Chablis Grand Cru Vaudésir opens to reveal lovely aromas of sweet citrus fruit, vine blossom and spices. Medium to full-bodied, satiny and suave, it's layered and elegant, with…

Burghound -October 10, 2024 "Subtle wood can again be found on the cool and elegant aromas of mineral reduction, spiced pear, white peach and pretty floral whiffs along with a plenitude of classic Chablis…

Champagne Bollinger La Grande Année Rosé 2015

Champagne

April 12, 2024 - La Grande Année Rosé is produced only in select vintages, born from Lily Bollinger’s one condition—that any Bollinger rosé must be extraordinary. It is a subtle blend of La Grande Année and a small percentage of red wine from La Côte Aux Enfants, a Grand Cru vineyard in Aÿ used only when Pinot Noir reaches perfect ripeness. Producing red wine of this quality in Champagne is rare, and it showcases the House’s mastery of Pinot Noir. With deep color, balanced aromas, and refined vinosity, La Grande Année Rosé reflects its terroir, with remarkable aging potential.

Champagne Bollinger La Grande Année 2015

Champagne

April 12, 2024 - La Grande Année is crafted only in exceptional vintages, made from the finest Grand and Premier Cru grapes. Vinified exclusively in small, old oak barrels using a rare artisanal tradition preserved by Bollinger’s master cooper, this method elevates each vintage’s character with remarkable finesse. After an extended period of lees ageing under natural cork, every bottle is still riddled and disgorged entirely by hand. A jewel of the Maison, La Grande Année is a pure expression of Bollinger’s excellence and a testament to the enduring Art of Craftsmanship.
